The Sprint University app · iPhone
Your sprint plan, adjusted every morning
The app builds your training from Lawrence L.O. Johnson's program and your own times, then changes each day's session to match how you recovered overnight.

What the app does
- 01
It adjusts every morning
Each morning the app checks your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep. When you're recovered it pushes the session, and after a bad night it eases off.
- 02
It's written for sprinters
Your week mixes acceleration, top-speed and speed-endurance work with plyos and lifting, scaled to your current times, for events from the 60m to the 400m.
- 03
You can talk to it
Tell the coach chat what changed, like a sore hamstring or a meet on Saturday, and it rewrites your week. Ask why a session is there and it tells you.

The coach behind it
Lawrence L.O. Johnson
The program in the app is the one Lawrence trains on and uses with the sprinters he coaches. He was a 6× NCAA All-American at Wisconsin, has run 10.01 for 100m, and won NACAC 4×100m relay gold with Team USA in 2022.
